Kristin's Recommended Fitness Equipment

For most of my classes, you'll need the following weights and bands: 

  • 1 pair light weights (3-5 lbs) 

  • 1 pair moderate weights (8-10 lbs)

  • 1 pair heavier weights (15-25lbs)--mostly for leg day!

  • Booty Bands (Perform Better)--this brand's quality is the best!

  • Long Handle Bands (Bodyelastics) or Long Loop Bands 

  • Adjustable bench or step riser (recommended, but not required)

  • Workout Wedges (recommended, but not required--- amazing for leg/glute work and for people with wrist, knee, and/or shoulder pain)

For lighter weights (3-5lbs), these are easily found at Walmart, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx/Marshalls, or even the Dollar Store! 

If something is out of stock below, you can also try Dick's Sporting Goods or Target for competitive prices. Also try Facebook Marketplace, Offer Up, or Next Door for second-hand equipment!
