Kristin's Plant-Based Protein Cookie Dough Bites

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, and Grain-Free

Makes 5 balls


2 ¼ tbsp Tigernut Flour, or 1 tbsp and 1 tsp almond flour, 1 tbsp coconut flour

1 heaping tbsp Wild Friends Organic Honey Sunflower Butter

4 tbsp Good Karma Flax Milk with Protein

2 scoops Garden of Life Organic Vanilla Plant Protein (Grain-Free)

½ serving (approx. 30 chips) Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

4 drops liquid Vanilla Stevia (Pyure)-- OR 4 drops liquid stevia, 1 tsp vanilla extract


Mix flour and protein powder in bowl. Add nut butter, milk, and stevia. Mix well, then add chocolate chips. Taste and add more stevia, if desired. Take a heaping spoonful of dough and roll into ball. Refrigerate or enjoy immediately! Keep in refrigerator or freeze for storage.
