Fitness Programming & Accountability

Regardless of your weight loss goals, having a solid fitness plan is key to health and longevity. The American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily for health, and even more for weight loss. Additionally, strength-training 3-5 days a week is ideal for building muscle and improving bone density.


Kristin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Screen Level 1 Trainer. She's also attended programming and training workshops around the country that specialize in upper body mobility, glute development, and functional training. She has worked with all ages (5-85, to be exact!) and fitness levels. Whether your goals are to build muscle, lean out, maintain muscle,  improve athleticism, or simply be able to move better, she will help you get on the road to fitness!

Here's what Kristin offers for Fitness Programming clients:


  • Customized workouts based on client exercise history, past injuries, and personal goals  

  • At-home, travel, and gym workouts

  • Weekly check-ins to monitor progress (Skype, Phone, or Email)

  • Adjustments made to workouts as needed!
